Latest Project

I know my mad-woodworking skills aren't why people come to this site, but I like to share anyway... And in this case, the project was inspired by a little girl who liked to climb inside the glass-doored stereo shelf we had before, and beat on the glass from inside.  So I built hanging shelves, with a little twist:

I still need to trim the extra wire at the bottom, but Julia can't even come close to reaching it yet, so it's not urgent... It really frees up a lot of floor space too, for her to spread her toys out across:
