Julia and Samantha have been sharing a bedroom for about a week now, in preparation of our remodel when they'll be sharing a larger room. It has been going ... ok some nights, less than ok others (Samantha is a talker when it's bedtime). Last night, after they were in their room for a while (maybe 10 minutes?), both girls come out to the living room to talk to Mom and Dad. Julia goes over to her dad and says, very sweetly, "Daddy, we were thinking, maybe when you're done with your computer, you could ... come cuddle with us?" It was hilariously cute!
This morning on our way to daycare, Samantha was in the back jibber-jabbering like usual. Then she was singing. Then I realized she was singing "Part of Your World" from "The Little Mermaid." She wasn't getting all of the words, but it sure was cute! "Up they walk, up they run, up they all day sun!"
