In my trance over baby #2 news yesterday, I forgot to post perhaps the MOST exciting news! Becky coerced a co-worker friend of hers (Jen) to babysit Julia while we went to the ultrasound appointment (young children aren't allowed). Jen and Julia got along great and had a great time. However, Becky didn't clearly go over all of Julia's "signs" before she left... Ya see, Julia knows some sign language, but it's kind of become corrupted, and requires some interpretation to know exactly what she means... However, Jen knows the REAL sign language... So when Julia made her sign for "diaper change", as we've come to know it, Jen was a little confused because the sign really meant "potty", and Jen didn't know Julia knew how to use the potty (she doesn't/didn't). Well, Jen took her down the hall and Julia pointed at her training potty, so Jen helped her get situated on the potty and after a little sitting.... She Piddled on the Potty!!!! So apparently she's closer to potty training then we might've thought!
Darn girl is growing up too fast...
